Term of office
Pursuant to Article 14 para. 1 of the Statutes of the Company, the term of office of the Supervisory Board is 3 years.
The term of the Supervisory Board of the current term expires on the day of approval of the Company’s financial statements for 2020.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the University in Łódź, faculty of Law and Administration, specialization in economic law. Since 2001 working as a lawyer in law firms and companies, where he worked on a comprehensive legal advice and support for capital transactions. In the years 2003-2006 judge’s training with the passed judicial exam. After obtaining registration as a legal advisor since December 2006 he has been a private practice attorney. From 27.08.2008 to KPPD – Szczecinek SA serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Activity is not competitive in relation to KPPD-Szczecinek SA and not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
Krzysztof Łączkowski
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Higher legal education. In the years 1980-1993, he practiced as a judge in civil and commercial departments of district courts in Inowroclaw, Bydgoszcz and the Provincial Court in Bydgoszcz. Since 1994 and currently leads the Firm Solicitors acting under the name of the Office of Legal Advisers Joanna Połetek-Dygas and Chris Łączkowski civil partnership in Bydgoszcz. The focus of the office is to support operators in the field of civil and economic cases, and the corporate. Is on the list of arbitrators acting at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Bank Association. Activity is not competitive in relation to KPPD-Szczecinek SA and not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act. He is an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
Zenon Wnuk
Secretary of the Supervisory Board
Higher economic education. Graduate of the Higher Economic School in Poznań, faculty Common Economics. His professional career started in June 1968 as an economist in the Department of Transport and Regional Sales of OPPD in Słupsk, where he received a scholarship. In 1969 as a result of mergers began to work in KPPD in Szczecinek where he worked successively as: Sales Department inspector, inspector, and then the head of Department of Employment and Wages, director of the Economic Department, Deputy Chief Accountant, and since 1983 – until the end of an active career in 2008 – Main Accountant of the Company. In the period from 6.1.1995, ie. since the transformation of the state joint-stock company, acted in it – for consecutive terms until his retirement – a member of the Board. Activity is not competitive in relation to KPPD-Szczecinek SA and not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act. He is an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
Marek Jarmoliński
Mamber of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Agricultural Academy in Poznań, master degree in Mechanical Wood Prcessing. In the years 1972 – 1978 department executive for enterprises of Fibreboards and Chipboards in Karlino. In the years 1978 -1990 Assistent Director of Production and Sales in Sławieńskie Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Drzewnego “Sławodrzew”. In the years 1990 – 1998 Director in the company “WOODRAM”. Since 1998 Commercial Director in Szczecinek S.A. Does not meet the independence criteria of a member of the Supervisory Board.
Tomasz Jańczak
Mamber of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of Academy of Economics in Poznań, faculty Economics, specialisation economy politics and strategy of enterprises. Many years’ expierence in management of production, commercial and transport companies, (railway and truck transport). Since 1993 connected with the Kronospan Group, in which he has managing and supervisory functions, i.a. Member of the Board of the Management in the companies: Kronospan Mielec Sp. z o.o. and Kronoflooring Mielec Sp. z o.o. with the seats in Mielec, Kronospan HPL Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Pustków and Kronospan Szczecinek Sp. z o.o. and Kronospan Polska Sp. z o.o. with the seats in Szczecinek. Participant, coordinator or leader of many investment projects executed by the Kronospan Group in Poland and abroad, e.g. construction of factories in Mielec or the currently executing project of the factory construction in Strzelce Opolskie. Membership in the Steering Committee of the Kronospan Group, which main goals are i.a. standardization of controlling processes in the companies Kronospan in the whole world as well introducing and changing in the politics of the Group e.g. in sales, purchase and controlling politics. Since 2000 responsible in the frame of the Kronospan Group in Poland for the cooperation with the State Forests and for wood supply and since 2007 additionally for the commercial sphere of activity of the Group in Poland.
According to the declaration, Tomasz Jańczak runs the competitive activity towards KPPD-Szczecinek SA as the body member of the associaction of capital. Not registered in the register of insolvent debtors due to the article 55 of the Act the State Court Register. He is an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
